This role involves end-to-end ownership of the HR function, ensuring seamless execution across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, payroll, performance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will drive process excellence, team leadership, and HR automation across the organization. Key Responsibilities 1. HR Strategy & Ownership Own all HR modules across recruitment, onboarding, leave, payroll, performance, and exit Standardize and document every process (SOPs, workflows, templates) Plan quarterly HR audits and track compliance gaps Report key HR metrics to leadership (headcount, attrition, cost per hire, etc.) 2. Team Leadership Train, guide, and manage junior HR executives and interns Review all communication sent to candidates, employees, and external vendors Set goals and track execution of daily HR tasks 3.
